As mcX is provided as a cloud service (SaaS), there is no need to prepare a cloud server or database by yourself. Therefore you can reduce the load on system operations, and have a high level of security by regular updates that enable the latest technologies and functions.
Note that to link with on-premise internal systems and peripheral systems such as EAI and ETL, you need to prepare your own cloud servers and databases.
